I work solo and do not involve any agency, reseller, or third party. Clients communicate and work directly with me.

- Provide accurate project requirements.
- Ensure any materials or assets shared are legally owned or licensed.
4. Payments
- Payments are arranged directly between me and the client.
- Refunds depend on mutual agreement and project stage.
5. Delivery
- Game projects are delivered digitally (email, cloud, or file transfer).
- Delivery timelines are agreed at the start of the project.
6. Ownership
- Clients own the final deliverables unless agreed otherwise.
- I may showcase completed projects in my portfolio unless confidentiality is requested.
7. Liability
I am not responsible for issues caused by external platforms (e.g., app stores) or misuse of delivered projects after handover.
